The Grass is greener on the other side

I fancy people well to do, that they are born with silver spoon.

I wish I had a life so great; with glee well dressed on a plate.

I awe their power and their charm, with persona full of pride.

But all my surreal thoughts subside;

Coz grass is greener on the other side.

How I depict a fairy world, where seldom is the pain and ordeal.

Where everything is made of gold, how awful is the tick I feel.

They wear the trinkets so with grace, with attire like a glace.

They walk the carpet with the poise, like an angel in disguise.

But all my surreal thoughts subside;

Coz grass is greener on the other side.

I gawk the people with esteem, how they carry the mask of beam.

Do they cognize the truth of being, or are they in a shell of well being.

Are they aware of little things, or do they cling the life of king.

They hardly know the plight of world,

Where fate is a game that makes you swirl

SO glad, that my surreal thoughts subside,

Coz grass is greener on the other side.
